سياسة خدمة التصميم المخصّص

مرحباً بك في خدمة التصميم المخصّص من ECADRA. تتيح لك هذه الخدمة رفع تصميمك الخاص وطباعته على منتجاتنا. وباستخدامك للخدمة وموافقتك على هذه السياسة، فإنك توافق على البنود التالية:

١. المحتوى الممنوع منعاً باتّاً

يُمنع منعاً باتّاً رفع أو طباعة أي تصميم يتضمّن:

محتوى جنسياً أو إباحياً أو عارياً أو أي صور خادشة للحياء.
عنفاً صريحاً أو دماءً أو مشاهد قتل أو تعذيب أو أي محتوى دموي أو مروّع.
أي إساءة للأديان أو القيم الدينية، أو تحريضاً على الكراهية أو العنصرية أو الطائفية.
محتوى يسيء للوطن أو يخالف القوانين والآداب العامة في جمهورية مصر العربية والدول العربية.
أي محتوى يستغلّ الأطفال أو يسيء إليهم بأي شكل (ممنوع نهائياً وبلا استثناء).
محتوى يروّج للإرهاب أو المخدرات أو لأي نشاط غير قانوني أو ضارّ.
محتوى يحرّض على العنف أو يهدّد أو يضايق أفراداً أو جماعات.

٢. الملكية الفكرية وحقوق الغير

يجب أن تكون مالكاً للتصميم الذي ترفعه، أو أن تملك الحق الكامل في استخدامه وطباعته وبيعه.
يُمنع استخدام أي شعارات أو علامات تجارية أو شخصيات أو أعمال فنية محمية بحقوق الملكية الفكرية دون إذن صاحبها.
يُمنع استخدام صور أو أسماء أشخاص حقيقيين (مشاهير أو غيرهم) دون موافقتهم.

٣. مسؤوليتك كمصمّم

أنت وحدك المسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن أي تصميم ترفعه، وتُقرّ بأنه لا يخالف أي بند من بنود هذه السياسة ولا أي قانون معمول به. ولا تتحمّل ECADRA أي مسؤولية عن المحتوى الذي يرفعه المستخدمون.

٤. حقّ ECADRA في المراجعة والتحكّم

تحتفظ ECADRA بالحق الكامل في مراجعة أي تصميم بعد رفعه.
يحقّ لنا رفض أو إزالة أو حذف أي تصميم نراه مخالفاً لهذه السياسة، في أي وقت ودون إشعار مسبق.
يحقّ لنا إلغاء أي طلب يتضمّن تصميماً مخالفاً، مع ردّ قيمة المنتج المدفوعة (بعد خصم أي رسوم فعلية إن وُجدت).
يبقى القرار النهائي بشأن مدى ملاءمة أي تصميم لـ ECADRA وحدها.

٥. الطلبات المخصّصة والإرجاع

تُصنَع المنتجات المخصّصة بتصميمك خصيصاً لك (Made to Order)، ولذلك لا تخضع لسياسة الإرجاع العادية إلا في حال وجود عيب في التصنيع أو الطباعة. وإذا وصلك منتج به عيب، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال المدة الموضّحة في سياسة الإرجاع العامة.

٦. الموافقة

بموافقتك على هذه السياسة وإتمامك للطلب، فإنك تُقرّ بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على كل ما سبق، وأنك تتحمّل المسؤولية الكاملة عن التصميم الذي رفعته.

Custom Design Service Policy

Welcome to ECADRA's Custom Design Service. This service lets you upload your own design and have it printed on our products. By using the service and accepting this policy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not upload or print any design that contains:

Sexual, pornographic, nude, or otherwise obscene content.
Graphic violence, blood, killing, torture, or any gory or disturbing content.
Content that insults religions or religious values, or incites hatred, racism, or sectarianism.
Content that offends the nation or violates the laws and public morals of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Arab countries.
Content that exploits or harms children in any way (absolutely prohibited, with no exceptions).
Content promoting terrorism, drugs, or any illegal or harmful activity.
Content that incites violence, threatens, or harasses individuals or groups.

2. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

You must own the design you upload, or hold the full right to use, print, and sell it.
You may not use logos, trademarks, characters, or artwork protected by intellectual property rights without the owner's permission.
You may not use the images or names of real people (celebrities or otherwise) without their consent.

3. Your Responsibility as a Designer

You are solely and fully responsible for any design you upload, and you confirm that it does not violate any term of this policy or any applicable law. ECADRA is not responsible for content uploaded by users.

4. ECADRA's Right to Review & Control

ECADRA reserves the full right to review any design after it is uploaded.
We may reject, remove, or delete any design we deem to violate this policy, at any time and without prior notice.
We may cancel any order containing a violating design and refund the product amount paid (less any actual fees incurred, if any).
The final decision regarding the suitability of any design rests solely with ECADRA.

5. Custom Orders & Returns

Products customized with your design are made to order, and therefore are not subject to the standard return policy except in the case of a manufacturing or printing defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within the period stated in our general return policy.

6. Acceptance

By accepting this policy and completing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above, and that you bear full responsibility for the design you uploaded.
