Custom Design Service Policy

Welcome to ECADRA's Custom Design Service. This service lets you upload your own design, have it printed on our products, list it for sale in the ECADRA gallery, and earn from it. By using the service and accepting this policy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not upload or print any design that contains:

• Sexual, pornographic, nude, or otherwise obscene content.
• Graphic violence, blood, killing, torture, or any gory or disturbing content.
• Content that insults religions or religious values, or incites hatred, racism, or sectarianism.
• Content that offends the nation or violates the laws and public morals of the Arab Republic of Egypt and Arab countries.
• Content that exploits or harms children in any way (absolutely prohibited, with no exceptions).
• Content promoting terrorism, drugs, or any illegal or harmful activity.
• Content that incites violence, threatens, or harasses individuals or groups.

2. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

• You must own the design you upload, or hold the full right to use, print, and sell it.
• You may not use logos, trademarks, characters, or artwork protected by intellectual property rights without the owner's permission.
• You may not use the images or names of real people (celebrities or otherwise) without their consent.

3. Your Responsibility as a Designer

You are solely and fully responsible for any design you upload, and you confirm that it does not violate any term of this policy or any applicable law. ECADRA is not responsible for content uploaded by users.

4. ECADRA's Right to Review & Control

• ECADRA reserves the full right to review any design after it is uploaded.
• We may reject, remove, or delete any design we deem to violate this policy, at any time and without prior notice.
• We may cancel any order containing a violating design and refund the product amount paid (less any actual fees incurred, if any).
• The final decision regarding the suitability of any design rests solely with ECADRA.

5. Earnings & Pricing

When you upload your design, you may list it for sale in the ECADRA gallery and earn from each sale, subject to the following terms:

• Pricing: ECADRA sets the product's base price and the final displayed price. Your role as a designer is limited to setting your profit margin within the permitted range (from zero to 100% above the base price). ECADRA reserves the full right to adjust pricing, change the permitted limits, or disable earnings on any design, at any time and at its sole discretion.
• Service Fee: A service fee, determined by ECADRA and clearly shown at the time you set your margin, is deducted from the designer's earnings. This fee covers service, transfer, and operational costs, and may change from time to time.
• Nature of Earnings: Earnings are not a guaranteed amount; they are tied to an actual, completed sale of your design. No earnings are due for a design that has not sold, an order that has not been paid, or an order that has been cancelled or refunded.
• Maturation: Earnings are recorded as "pending" when an order is actually paid, and become "available" fourteen (14) days after the payment date, to ensure no return or cancellation has occurred. If an order is refunded in full or in part during or after this period, the corresponding earnings are reversed or reduced proportionally to the refunded amount.
• Pricing Protection: The base price set by ECADRA is covered first from the value of any sale, and designer earnings are calculated only on the amount exceeding that base price. If any discount or promotion is applied, it is deducted first from the designer's profit margin, and earnings may drop to zero if the amount actually paid equals or is less than the base price.
• Online Payment Only: Products that earn the designer a profit are sold via electronic payment only (cash on delivery is not available for these products), to ensure payment is completed before earnings are calculated.
• Payout of Earnings: Available earnings are first paid out as store credit within the ECADRA store, usable at checkout. A monthly cash transfer request becomes available once the available balance reaches a minimum threshold set by ECADRA (starting from EGP 2,000). We may request additional information to verify your identity before any cash transfer, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Cash payouts are sent to the payment method registered in your account (InstaPay, e-wallet, or bank account); you are solely responsible for the accuracy of those details, and a transfer to them fully discharges ECADRA's obligation.
• Control & Amendment: ECADRA reserves the right to modify the earnings terms, fee rates, and transfer thresholds at any time, and to stop or suspend earnings for any designer who violates this policy or exploits the system in any way (such as manipulating orders or discounts to obtain undue earnings).

6. Custom Orders & Returns

Products customized with your design are made to order, and therefore are not subject to the standard return policy except in the case of a manufacturing or printing defect. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within the period stated in our general return policy.

7. Legal Declarations & Liability

• Ownership & Originality: The design owner declares that the submitted design is their own original creation, that they hold full and exclusive rights to publish and exploit it, and that it does not match or resemble, in any way, any design or trademark belonging to any other party, local or international. ECADRA bears no legal responsibility for the submitted design; should the contrary be established, full liability rests with the design owner, and ECADRA is entitled to seek compensation from them for all resulting damages, whether material or moral, including damage to the company's reputation and defamation of its name.
• Accuracy of Information: The design owner confirms the accuracy of the details provided from their national ID (name, address, phone number, and national ID number), and ECADRA may rely on and refer to these details in the event of any legal dispute.
• Prohibited Material: It is prohibited to upload any illegal material, political or religious content, indecent or inappropriate content of any kind, content that violates these Terms & Conditions, or personal photos of other people without their knowledge or written consent. Full responsibility for any violation rests with the design owner.
• Right to Legal Action: ECADRA may, at any time it deems appropriate, pursue legal action against the party responsible for any harm, to obtain fair compensation for any material or moral damage suffered.

8. Acceptance

By accepting this policy and completing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above, and that you bear full responsibility for the design you uploaded.
