الشنط جلد طبيعي ولا صناعي؟
الشنط الجلد عندنا جلد صناعي PU عالي الجودة، مش جلد طبيعي. وفيه موديلات قماش (كانفس، أكسفورد، بوليستر).
الطباعة بتبهت مع الوقت؟
لأ، بنستخدم طباعة بألوان ثابتة مابتبهتش مع الاستعمال العادي. التنضيف بيكون موضعي.
الشحن بكام ولأماكن فين؟
بنشحن لكل محافظات مصر: القاهرة والجيزة و٦ أكتوبر ١٠٠ جنيه، حلوان ١٢٠، إسكندرية والسويس والإسماعيلية ١٨٠، باقي المحافظات ٢٠٠ جنيه. والشحن مجاني للأوردرات فوق ١٤٩٩ جنيه.
الأوردر بيوصل في قد إيه؟
من ٢ لـ ٦ أيام عمل للمدن الكبيرة، ومن ٢ لـ ١٠ أيام للمحافظات البعيدة.
فيه دفع عند الاستلام؟
أيوه، الدفع عند الاستلام متاح لكل مصر.
أقدر أرجّع أو أبدّل؟
أيوه، خلال ١٤ يوم من الاستلام والمنتج بحالته الأصلية. لو فيه عيب تصنيع الشحن علينا، ولو تغيير رأي الشحن على العميل. المنتجات المصممة حسب الطلب مابترجعش.
أقدر أطبع تصميمي أو صورتي؟
أيوه، من أداة "صمّم بنفسك" على الموقع تطبع صورتك أو اسمك أو رسمتك على الشنط والجرابات والمجات والمخدات.
مقاسات الأحذية المتاحة؟
حسب الموديل، والمقاسات المتاحة مكتوبة في صفحة كل منتج.

Is ECADRA the same as CANVAEGYPT?
Yes. ECADRA is the new name of CANVAEGYPT — same brand, same team. The old site canvaegypt.com redirects to ecadra.com.
Are the bags genuine leather?
No. Our leather bags are high-quality PU (faux) leather, not genuine leather. We also make fabric bags (canvas, Oxford, polyester).
Do the prints fade?
No. We use fade-resistant prints that hold up with normal use. Spot clean only.
How much is shipping and where do you deliver?
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt: Cairo, Giza and 6th of October EGP 100, Helwan EGP 120, Alexandria, Suez and Ismailia EGP 180, all other governorates EGP 200. Free shipping on orders over EGP 1,499.
How long does delivery take?
2–6 business days to major cities and 2–10 business days to remote areas.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available across Egypt.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery in original condition. If there is a manufacturing defect we cover shipping; for a change of mind the customer pays shipping. Custom/personalised items are final sale.
Can I print my own design?
Yes. The ECADRA Custom Builder lets you print your own photo, name or artwork on bags, sleeves, mugs and pillows.
Which shoe sizes do you have?
It depends on the model; available sizes are listed on each product page.
