الشروط والأحكام

مرحباً بك في موقع ECADRA. تنطبق هذه الشروط والأحكام على الموقع وعلى جميع أقسامه والمواقع التابعة له التي تعتمد هذه الشروط مرجعاً لها.

بزيارتك للموقع، فإنك تُقرّ بموافقتك على هذه الشروط والأحكام. وإذا لم توافق عليها، فيُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع. ويحتفظ مالكو الموقع بالحق في تعديل أو تغيير أي جزء من شروط الاستخدام أو إضافة معلومات إليها أو حذفها في أي وقت، وتصبح التعديلات سارية فور نشرها على الموقع دون إشعار مسبق. لذا يُرجى مراجعة الشروط والأحكام بانتظام. واستمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد نشر أي تعديلات يُعدّ موافقة كاملة منك على تلك التعديلات.

استخدام الموقع

  • يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً على الأقل لزيارة الموقع، أو أن تزوره تحت إشراف أحد الوالدين أو ولي أمر قانوني.
  • نمنحك ترخيصاً غير قابل للنقل لاستخدام الموقع وفقاً لهذه الشروط، والغرض منه هو التسوّق الشخصي للمنتجات المعروضة. ويُمنع استخدامه لأغراض تجارية أو باسم أي طرف ثالث إلا بإذن صريح مسبق منا. وأي مخالفة لهذه الشروط تؤدي إلى إلغاء الترخيص فوراً دون إشعار مسبق.
  • المحتوى المعروض على الموقع هو لأغراض معلوماتية تتعلق بالمنتجات.

التسجيل والحساب

  • بعض الخدمات قد تتطلّب التسجيل أو الاشتراك. وباختيارك التسجيل، فإنك توافق على تقديم معلومات دقيقة ومحدّثة عن نفسك وتحديثها عند أي تغيير.
  • أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور وبيانات حسابك، وتتحمّل المسؤولية الكاملة عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك. ويجب إبلاغنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به لحسابك. ولا يتحمّل الموقع أي مسؤولية عن أي خسارة تنتج عن عدم التزامك بهذا البند.

الرسائل الترويجية

أثناء التسجيل، يوافق العميل على استقبال الرسائل الترويجية من الموقع. ويمكنك في أي وقت إلغاء هذا الخيار بالضغط على رابط إلغاء الاشتراك أسفل أي رسالة ترويجية.

منشورات المستخدم

جميع ما تنشره على الموقع أو تقدّمه لنا (من أسئلة أو انتقادات أو تعليقات أو اقتراحات) يصبح ملكاً لنا. وبمشاركتك لتعليقاتك على الموقع، فإنك تمنحنا الحق في استخدام الاسم المعروض المرتبط بها. ولا يحق لك استخدام بريد إلكتروني مزيّف أو انتحال شخصية غيرك أو تضليلنا أو تضليل أي طرف ثالث. ويحق لنا حذف أو تعديل أي منشور دون أن نكون ملزمين بذلك.

الموافقة على الطلبات وتفاصيل الأسعار

  • قد لا يتم قبول الطلب لعدة أسباب، ويحتفظ الموقع بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سبب وفي أي وقت. وقد نطلب منك معلومات إضافية للتحقق (مثل رقم الهاتف والعنوان) قبل الموافقة.
  • نحرص على تقديم أدق المعلومات عن الأسعار، لكن قد تظهر أخطاء أحياناً. وفي حال عدم تحديد سعر المنتج بشكل صحيح، يحق لنا التواصل معك أو إلغاء الطلب وإبلاغك بذلك.

الحسابات وسوء الاستخدام

  • يجب أن يمتلك العميل حساباً واحداً فقط على الموقع.
  • في حال إنشاء حسابات متعددة أو استخدام قسيمة الشراء أكثر من مرة، يحق لـ ECADRA اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
  • في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط، يتعامل الفريق القانوني مع العميل، ويتم تعطيل حسابه ومنعه من تقديم أي طلبات على ECADRA.

الشحن والإرجاع

  • وقت الشحن مسؤولية ECADRA، ورضاك وسعادتك هما هدفنا الأهم.
  • في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام والرغبة في الإرجاع، يحق للعميل استرداد المبلغ نقداً خلال مدة أقصاها ١٤ يوماً.
  • إذا رغب العميل في إرجاع المنتج لتغيير رأيه أو عدم إعجابه به (دون سبب فني)، يتحمّل العميل رسوم استرجاع المنتج.
  • التحويلات البريدية متاحة لمدة ٦٠ يوماً فقط، وفقاً لشروط مكتب البريد الجديدة.

خدمة «اطبع تصميمك»

في حال استخدام العميل لخدمة طباعة تصميمه الخاص عبر حسابه، تلتزم ECADRA بحماية الملكية الفكرية الرقمية والمادية للتصاميم، وعدم استخدامها أو توزيعها أو إعادة نشرها أو الاستفادة منها بأي شكل إلا بموافقة المصمم.

العروض المؤقتة

  • هي عروض تستمر لفترة قصيرة، تتميّز بخصومات كبيرة وكميات محدودة.
  • قد تُطبّق هذه الخصومات على منتج واحد فقط (ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك).
  • يخضع كل عرض مؤقت لقاعدتين زمنيتين: الأولى أن الخصم يُطبّق خلال وقت العرض فقط (يجب وضع المنتج في السلة قبل انتهاء الوقت)، والثانية أنه بعد وضع المنتج في السلة يجب إتمام الطلب قبل انتهاء وقت العرض.
  • يجب إتمام طلبك بالضغط على «إتمام الطلب» من سلة التسوّق.
  • العروض المؤقتة سارية فقط على منتجات محددة معروضة.
  • لا تشمل خصومات العروض المؤقتة رسوم الشحن أو الضرائب.
  • في حال إرجاع منتج من عرض مؤقت، تسترد المبلغ المدفوع وقت العرض، بما يتوافق مع سياسة الإرجاع.

Welcome to the ECADRA website. These Terms and Conditions apply to the site and to all of its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliate sites that refer to these terms as their reference.

By visiting the website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. The site owners reserve the right to change or amend any part of the terms, add information to them, or remove them at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website, without prior notice. Please review the Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your full acceptance of those changes.

Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to visit this site, or visit it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • We grant you a non-transferable license to use the website in accordance with these terms. Its purpose is the personal shopping of products sold on the site. Use for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these terms will lead to immediate cancellation of the license without prior notice.
  • The content on this site is provided for informational purposes relating to the products.

Registration & Account

  • Some services may require registration or subscription. By choosing to register, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and to update it whenever it changes.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and account details confidential, and you bear full responsibility for all activities that occur through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The site is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to comply with this section.

Promotional Emails

During registration, the customer agrees to receive promotional emails from the site. You can cancel this option at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email.

User Posts

Everything you post on the site or provide to us (questions, criticisms, comments, and suggestions) becomes our property. By sharing your comments on the site, you grant us the right to use the display name associated with them. You may not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or attempt to mislead us or any third party. We may delete or amend any post, but we are not obligated to do so.

Order Approval & Price Details

  • An order may not be approved for several reasons, and the site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. We may ask you for additional information to verify your identity (such as phone number and address) before approval.
  • We strive to provide the most accurate price information, but errors may sometimes appear. If a product's price is not set correctly, we have the right to contact you, or to cancel the order and notify you.

Accounts & Misuse

  • A customer must have only one account on the site.
  • If multiple accounts are created, or a purchase voucher is used more than once, ECADRA has the right to take the necessary legal action.
  • In the event of a breach of these terms, the legal team will deal with the customer, the account will be deactivated, and the customer will be prevented from placing any orders on ECADRA.

Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping time is the responsibility of ECADRA. Your satisfaction and happiness are our most important goal.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, the customer has the right to recover the amount in cash within a maximum of 14 days.
  • If a customer wishes to return a product because they changed their mind or did not like it (with no technical reason), the customer pays the return shipping fees.
  • Postal transfers are available for a period of 60 days only, according to the new post office terms.

"Print Your Design" Service

When a customer uses the print-your-own-design service through their personal account, ECADRA undertakes to protect the digital and physical intellectual property of the designs, and not to use, distribute, re-publish, or otherwise benefit from them in any way except with the designer's permission.

Temporary Offers

  • These are offers that last for a short period, featuring large discounts and limited quantities.
  • These discounts may apply to a single product only (unless otherwise stated).
  • Each temporary offer is subject to two time rules: first, the discount applies only during the offer period (the product must be placed in the cart before the time expires); second, once the product is in the cart, the order must be completed before the offer period ends.
  • You must complete your order by clicking "Complete Order" from the shopping cart.
  • Temporary offers apply only to specific featured products.
  • Temporary offer discounts do not include shipping charges or taxes.
  • If you return a product from a temporary offer, you will receive the amount paid for it at the time of the offer, in line with the return policy.
