Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to return or exchange

Contact us at cs@ecadra.com, on 0111 688 8647 / 02 2505 0306, or by message through our website. We'll arrange the pickup with our shipping company. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Shipping costs

• Return and exchange shipping fees are paid by the customer.
• If your original order qualified for free shipping and the order value drops below EGP 1,499 after the return, the original shipping cost is deducted from your refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order on delivery and tell us within 2 days of receiving it, and we'll make it right.

Items that can't be returned

• Hair scrunchies and face masks (hygiene).
• Custom designs made to order (your own design).
• Gift cards.

Discounted & Hot Deals

Discounted and Hot Deals items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, under the same conditions.

Exchanges

An exchange can be made once per order.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and is checked, we'll process your refund and let you know.

A note on colours

Colours may look a shade or two different from the photos because of screen settings. This isn't a manufacturing defect.
